Ocean Prime Pool Service was the quickest pool company to respond to our request for a start up service. He arrived promptly the very next day, explained his services and easily won our confidence as our regular pool maintenance service company. The owner, Emilio, is always pleasant and is very knowledgeable. He answers our questions patiently. We enthusiastically recommended him to the contractor who built our pool, and he was hired instantly to do another pool start up. There don't seem to be a lot of companies who service fiberglass pools or salt systems. Ocean Prime does both extremely well.
