What's the difference between Basic and Essential?
Essential adds vacuuming every other week, monthly filter cleaning, skimmer & pump basket service, and an equipment inspection on every visit — so small issues get caught before they become expensive repairs.
Do all plans include chemicals?
Yes — chemicals are included in all of our service plans, at no extra charge.
What if I need a repair outside my plan?
Repairs are handled separately from your weekly plan — see our Pool Equipment Repair page, or ask your technician directly during a visit.
