No. Most homeowners aren't home during their visit — you'll receive a digital service report afterward so you always know what was done.
How do I know my pool was serviced?
After every visit you receive a digital report with water chemistry readings, the tasks completed, and technician notes — even when you are away from home.
Do you clean pool filters?
Filter care is included based on your selected service plan. Your technician monitors filter condition at every visit and services it on the appropriate schedule.
Can you repair equipment if you find a problem?
Yes — our technicians inspect your equipment on every visit, and Ocean Prime also handles repairs for pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, automation, and lights.
