Services

Ocean Prime Pool Service provides weekly pool cleaning, maintenance, equipment repair, and related services as described on this website and agreed to at the time of booking.

Scheduling and Missed Visits

Ocean Prime schedules weekly visits on a consistent basis. If a scheduled visit is missed, the affected account receives a $20 credit.

Payment

Invoices are sent on the 1st of every month, and payment is due within that billing month. We accept checks, credit cards, and Zelle. If payment has not been received by the end of the month, a $20 late fee will be added to the following billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time. We kindly ask that cancellations be made before the start of the next billing cycle so we can update your account accordingly.
